Geilo Hotel is an affordable and familyfriendly hotel situated in near distance to popular trails and ski slopes in Geilo, close to Geilo center. The hotel has a traditional and romantic style and was established in the late 18th century.

The restaurant has a fantastic view, and serves traditional meals. Geilo Hotel can arrange for conferences, weddings and other gatherings tailored according to your preferences.

The hotel have 45 double rooms, 10 family rooms, 13 triplerooms, 6 single rooms and one suite.

The double rooms have two seperate beds, bathroom and TV. Some of the rooms have a sleeping couch for parents travelling with children.

All of the single rooms have a queensize bed. The suite have two beds, a bathroom and TV.
The suite also has a seperate livingroom, dining area and a fireplace.

In 2015/16 all the rooms have been modernized and during 2017 we will change to electronic locks on all doors.

All of the rooms have wifi-connection free of charge.

The restaurant is located on entrance floor with panoramic view over the valley and  towards the ski slopes at Vestlia. Here you can enjoy a delicious Norwegian breakfast between 8 AM – 10 AM.  As the day goes by in the sounding  landscape our magnificent chefs prepare  for the dinner which you can enjoy between 7 PM-9 PM.
During summer season the opening hours may change. Please contact the reception upon arrival.



Geilo Hotel can also offer a private dining room for weddings, gatherings and other occasions.
